I ate at a GOOD restaurant with good food, the bed was comfortable, and I had a functional bathroom near a train station, the location was nice.

The room is good-sized and double superior, with a clean bathroom. Sound-proofed windows and closet space were great additions. - the location is excellent, just minutes away from a picturesque square. - the staff are accommodating and incredibly friendly.

The breakfast was lovely with a variety of cheeses, and the view of the lake was marvelous. The service was great. It's a favorable and excellent location, just a 30-minute walk to the center of Como town. The outdoor area looking out across Lake Como is beautiful.

The hotel is located right next to the square where everything else can be found. Being in the center of the city, it is close to all the main attractions and shops. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was kind and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the aroma in the hotel was very pleasing.

The parking fee for hotel guests seemed excessive, especially for a short stay.

We loved the amazing location of this hotel, it was central and right by the lake, perfect for us as youngsters. The rooms had a great view of the lake and the square, and the art nouveau building and interior were very attractive. The garden area in front of the hotel was a lovely spot to relax and watch the activity on the lake. We also enjoyed the unexpected treats of prosecco and chocolates in our room upon arrival.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, they made us feel truly looked after and nothing was too much trouble for them.

This place comes highly recommended; the trendy restaurant for dinner is a great added bonus.

The position opposite the lake and the ferry terminal is excellent. The breakfast was also very good and served on a nice outdoor terrace. Most of the staff were helpful. The cocktail lounge looked lovely although we didn't have a chance to venture in.

I booked the 'best available' option and on checking in found they had given us the worst possible room with twin beds. Went back to the front desk and said it was unsatisfactory and we were offered a better room with a double bed. I felt it was the usual trick of 'give them the worst possible room and see if they complain'. Not sure I'd risk the 'best available' option again.

This hotel is well placed but suffers at present from work along the lake front. The superior double room would have been a good single room by four-star standards.
